Question:   Where do I exchange my foreign currency?
Answer:  At Travelex, located in the B/C ticket hall. Their phone number is 1-317-241-0440.

Question:   Can I take my film or x-rays through the security checkpoint?

Answer:   Film or x-rays should not be put through the x-ray/screening machines. You may request a hand search from the security agent at the check point.  For more information, please visit www.tsa.gov
 
Question:   Where do I rent a car upon arrival at the Indianapolis International Airport?
Answer:   All car rental counters are located on the lower level/ground transportation level across from baggage claim #2 and #3.

Question:   Where do I meet arriving passengers in the airport?
Answer:   Only ticketed passengers are permitted through the security checkpoints.  You can meet your arriving passenger in the baggage claim area on the lower level which is also the Ground Transportation level.
 
Question:   Where should I park to pick-up an arriving passenger?
Answer:   Park in the airport’s parking garage.  It is the closest parking with hourly rates.  The first 30 minutes are free; after which time the rate becomes $1.50 per half hour.
 
Question:   Can I pick up someone at the curb?
Answer:
   Yes.  The passenger must be waiting curbside with their entire luggage waiting to load into a vehicle.  There is no waiting nor parking at the curb for arriving passengers.  If a vehicle is left unattended for any reason, the vehicle will be towed at the owners’ expense.

Question:  What time does the airport open?
Answer:  The airport is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Answer:   Go to “Contact Us” on the main menu.  Complete and submit your information request to the Communications and Marketing department for answers to the questions you may have or, at the very least, referrals to the appropriate agency which can answer your question.
