Each person who requires authorized unescorted access to the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) Security Identification Display Area (SIDA), AOA or Sterile Areas must first comply with the following:

| | Complete IND Badging Form, signed by authorized company Signatory Agent
| | Undergo security training (SIDA & AOA Access only) |
