The Airport Badging Office, Airport Police Department, and/or the Airport Control Center must be notified of changes in the status of employees having authorized access within 24 hours.

All access media, including keys and ID badges, shall be returned to the Access Control Manager.

There will be a $75 fee for each airport ID badge not returned to the Badging Office within 30 days.

All lost and/or stolen ID badges must be reported to the Airport Badging Office immediately. Access/ID cards will not be replaced unless the loss is reported and no fee(s) are outstanding. Unless otherwise specified, all fees are paid in the Human Resources Office on the second floor.

$75 for lost, stolen badges
$75 for non-returned badges (billed to the company)
$10 for damaged badges
$10 for badge changes/upgrades (sterile to SIDA, SIDA to DRIVER, etc.)
