Company's responsibility to reimburse the Indianapolis International Airport for any TSA fines levied against the airport that is caused by an employee's failure to adhere to the Airport Security Program.
The IND Badge Office will occasionally audit companies to ensure the accuracy of the Card Access/ID system and compliance with government regulations. Employers are required to maintain an accurate and current list of their employees holding IND badges. Failure to do so could result in penalties.
