Thank you in your interest in volunteering at the Indianapolis International Airport.  The following are current opportunities:

Title:  AIRPORT AMBASSADOR

Location:  Indianapolis International Airport
Supervisor:  Volunteer Coordinator
Responsibilities:  Meet, greet and direct visitors in the passenger terminal and answer general informational questions about the airport.
Time Commitment:  A minimum four-hour weekly shift, including weekdays and weekends.
Qualifications:  Friendly, outgoing person who derives satisfaction from helping others.  Must have sight and hearing capabilities sufficient to recognize people in need of direction and communications skills to effectively verbally direct them.  Must also be willing to adhere to the designated dress code.
Training:  Training will be provided by the Volunteer Coordinator and other airport personnel.
Benefits:  Free airport parking while on duty, service recognition programs and periodic receptions.
