Indianapolis International Airport is committed to increasing the diversity of and opportunities for disadvantaged, minority, and women-owned business enterprises (D / M / WBE and ACDBE) in all airport-related services. 

The airport has adopted annual goals to help ensure the inclusion of these businesses in its capital and operating fund expenditures:

DBE: 14 percent goal for federally funded projects MBE:18 percent
MBE:18 percent WBE: 5 percent
WBE: 5 percent
