As you walk through the upper and lower levels of the terminal, you'll see banks of overhead monitors that display flight arrival and departure times, gate locations, and status. If you are looking for information about a specific flight, please find the monitors nearest you. You can also check the arriving and departing flights online.
If you need assistance in finding your airline ticket counter, your departure time or gate, or other information, please visit our Guest Services Center located in the upper level near Starbucks and TGI Fridays.
Upper level terminal
If someone is dropping you off at the airport, please enter the airport from the upper level.
Outside the building, you can utilize curbside airline check-in stations.
Inside, you'll find airline ticket counter and check-in areas, security checkpoints, and four concourses with arrival and departure gates. You'll also find a food court with full-service and quick-service restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop, news and gift shops, a currency exchange service, barber shop, travel spa, and other service providers are centrally located on the upper level.
Concourses A, B/C, and D lead to airline boarding areas. To reach departure gates, ticketed passengers must enter and clear Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security screening checkpoints at concourse entrances. Non-ticketed passengers are not allowed past TSA checkpoints.
Concourse A retail, food and beverage, airline ticket counters, and TSA checkpoints open at 5:15 a.m. and close at 9:30 p.m. Concourse B/C opens at 4:15 a.m. and closes at 9:30 p.m. and Concourse D opens at 4:15 a.m. and closes at 8:30 a.m.
After security screening, ticketed passengers may go directly to their departure gates and wait until boarding agents announce their flights. Full-service and quick-service / take-out restaurants, retail shops, shoe shine stands, and other services are located in each concourse.

Lower level terminal
The lower terminal level consists of baggage claim areas, a self-serve U.S. Postal Center, car rental services, and other ground transportation services.
Outside of the lower level are two taxi-stands. Across the street is a courtesy vehicle island where airport parking, local hotel, rental car shuttle-bus service is available. A bus stop for IndyGo public transportation is also located in this area, along with walkways to the parking garage.
Centrally located in the lower level of the parking garage directly across from the passenger terminal, the Ground Transportation Center (GTC) is your connection for shuttle bus and hotel courtesy vehicles, limousine services, and other forms of ground transportation to take you to your next destination.
