If you are a passenger who will be dropped-off at the airport by a family member, friend, or business associate (or if you are driving to the airport to drop-off a passenger or passengers), please keep the following suggestions in mind.
— Motorists dropping off passengers should enter the airport by following the signs for "Departing Flights." Use the upper level terminal drive.
— Know which airline the passenger is flying and look for that airline's sign (hanging overhead).
— Curbside check-in stations for most airlines are available on the upper level (check with the specific airline for more information). Passengers should be dropped-off in front of the appropriate airline check-in station, although they may check-in at an inside airline ticket counter if they prefer.
— No vehicle may be left unattended when dropping-off or picking-up passengers. Vehicles are permitted in front of the terminal for ACTIVE loading and unloading of passengers and luggage only. Unattended vehicles will be towed immediately.
— You may park in the airport parking garage for free if your stay is 30 minutes or less.
— If you wish to accompany your party into the airport, choose short-term parking in the surface lot adjacent to the parking garage. The entrance to both the garage and surface lot are on the left as you approach the terminal on the lower drive. To park in the surface lot, stay in the left lane. To park in the garage, use one of the two right lanes.
— Due to security regulations, only ticketed passengers with boarding passes are allowed in the concourses beyond security checkpoints. Drivers, friends, and family members are welcome in the pre-security public areas of the airport, however.
