For fast, convenient access to and from the passenger terminal, two short-term parking options are available: the parking garage or the surface lot adjacent to the garage.
Our automated Easy Exit system includes nine payment stations near the elevators on the first and third floors of the of the garage. These machines read parking tickets and accept payment in cash or credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Diners Club).
Once payment is validated, tickets are returned and then used to exit short-term parking via an Easy Exit gate.
ENTRANCE TO SHORT-TERM PARKING
To enter the garage, veer left as you approach the terminal. The two lanes on the right provide garage access; the left lane provides access to the surface lot. Click here for maps (refer to the legend for each lot).
PARKING GARAGE
The five-level parking garage is immediately adjacent to the passenger terminal and has a maximum height clearance of seven (7) feet.
At the entrance to each level of the garage, a flashing red FULL sign will appear if there are no spaces available on that floor. Parking for the physically challenged is available on each level; these spaces are located near the elevators.
Three enclosed pedestrian skybridges are located on the third level of the garage, connecting the garage to the terminal without exposure to the elements.
The first thirty (30) minutes of parking in the garage is free. After that, rates of $2 per half-hour or a maximum of $22 per day apply. There is a lost ticket charge of $22.
SURFACE LOT
Located to the immediate east of the garage, this 450-space lot provides easy pedestrian access to the terminal. The rates for parking in this lot are:
— Minimum charge or up to two (2) hours: $4
— Each additional 30 minutes: $1.50
— Maximum daily (24 hours) charge: $16
— Lost tickets: $16
VEHICLE CAPACITY IN INCLEMENT WEATHER
During periods of heavy snow, ice, and other severe weather conditions—as well as during unusually heavy travel periods including major holidays and spring break—drivers may be diverted to other airport parking areas. We recommend that you arrive 90 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time during these times.
When vehicle capacity is reached, access to short-term parking will be blocked by orange barrells and/or traffic cones. You may also receive verbal directions from a law enforcement or public safety officer.
In these cases, you will be directed to parking in the Tiger Express, Economy, Premier Parking, or Corporate Connection areas. Your cooperation is appreciated.
