Indianapolis International Airport follows all ADA requirements strives to provide passengers with easily accessible facilities to assist move through the airport safely and efficiently. The airport is accessible in the following ways: sidewalks, crosswalks, curb cuts, level entrances, automatic doors, ramped access to all lobbies and gate areas, and elevators. Braille signage and buttons are located in elevators and outside all doors/emergency exits. Wheelchair accessible restrooms, drinking fountains, and automatic teller machines are also available at IND.
Designated curbside areas for drivers of vehicles displaying disability plates or hang-tags are available for passenger pick-up and/or drop-off.
No pets are allowed in the terminal except service dogs and/or pets that are awaiting departure with their owners.
For those traveling with babies or small children, changing stations are also located in the women restrooms.
