Kelly Flynn was reappointed to the Indianapolis Airport Authority board by Mayor Greg Ballard in 2015 after previously serving for nine years, of which he spent one year as board president. Flynn, a senior partner at the Flynn & Zinkan Realty Company, specializes in construction, financing and real estate management for multiple Fortune 500 companies.
A lifelong resident of the Greater Indianapolis area, Flynn has served as a Marion County Sheriff’s deputy and volunteer firefighter/EMT, and a member of the Indiana Task Force One Urban Search and Rescue team. He currently serves on the boards of the Greater Indianapolis Foreign Trade Zone (GIFTZ) and Visiting Nurse Service. Flynn is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a concentration in economics and urban planning, and he is also a licensed pilot, holding ratings for instrument flying a single and multi-engine aircraft, including seaplanes and hot air balloons.
